Chapters Update

Our organization is growing and vital. In the words of JoAnna PO during convention, “Ladies and gentlemen, we are international.” ARIN currently has 2048 members including 64 international members from several countries.
Chapters continue to make significant contributions to radiologic and imaging nursing by
hosting educational events, webinars, networking activities. Chapters are encouraged to contribute to the Inside View newsletter and ARIN social media connections to help educate members regarding their educational meetings and activities. It is one of the ARIN perks.

Local chapters include:
Blueridge (Virginia)
Carolinas (North and South Carolina)
Empire State (New York)
Golden Gate (California)
Grand Canyon State (Arizona)
Great Lakes (Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Wisconsin)
Long Island (New York)
New England (Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island and Vermont)
North Texas Lone Star (Texas)
Northwest (Washington, Idaho and Oregon)
Ohio Radiological Nurses Association (ORNA)
Texas Gulf Coast Chapter (South Texas)
Two New Chapters were formed:
Georgia
Triangle Chapter (Carolina)
In addition, ARIN members attended a chapter meeting during conference to learn about revitalizing their chapter. Great information was shared by all including the work for a new Colorado chapter and the reenergizing of the Gulf Coast Chapter. If you live near one of these local chapters, we encourage you to reach out to them to see what they are all about. 2019 promises to be a great year for our chapters.
