After a six-year hiatus, the ARIN Board has chosen to bring back the Fall Symposium. Much discussion and research were done before choosing Columbus, Ohio as the host city for this event. This city was chosen because of the outstanding hotel and city venue, local support and food, flights and lodging that were within a nursing budget. We are very pleased with the support we have already received from the clinical teams at the Ohio State University, Wexner Medical Center, Cleveland Clinic and the University of Kentucky and look forward to the unique lectures and experiences they bring to this meeting.
The revival of the 2019 Fall Symposium brings the mission of ARIN back to its core, which is to provide educational opportunities to all nurses in the radiology and imaging field. With this meeting the board ensured that our membership was provided with a new low-cost opportunity to obtain excellent face to face education and network with colleagues across the country, ARIN volunteers and our corporate partners, who help make our educational events possible.
If you’re an experienced speaker or someone who want to get their feet wet at a regional level before presenting nationally, we invite you to submit an abstract for consideration. Emails have been sent out with a “Request for Abstracts” and we look forward to your participation, both in the abstract submission as well as joining us in Columbus for the full symposium.
We hope that by providing you a shorter, cost effective program, many of you will be able to join us in Columbus for this activity. We encourage you to take advantage of the many activities available in Columbus and vicinity.
