ARIN returns to the west coast to the beautiful “Emerald City” Seattle, WA. In what has been an annual tradition, the planning committee has been working hard to create an outstanding program. As always, in addition to the convention, we will be presenting the Imaging Review Course. Now is a great time to work on your CRN and prepare for the exam in April. For the second time, the CRN exam will not be offered at convention. The good news is that the RNCB has updated the exam to a computerized version and not pencil and paper. The other great news is that the RNCB is now offering the exam 4 months per year.
As we head to one of the most beautiful cities in the United States, we invite you to take advantage of the many educational offerings that ARIN has to offer. Be prepared to hear some of the best educators in our industry. We would also encourage you to take advantage of all that convention has to offer.
Last year ARIN introduced the ARIN photo-op. Take the opportunity to snatch a selfie or a group shot in front of your favorite side (or both). Show your ARIN pride.
As is the norm, ARIN and AVIR will be located in the same building, the Seattle Sheraton, right next to the Convention Center. As always, the ARIN attendees are encouraged to take advantage of the vendors with a close proximity to the exhibit hall. In addition, we will be offering joint days with both AVIR and SIR. Teamwork is always on display at convention and will be again in Seattle.
Be prepared, average temperature in Seattle in March runs in the low 50’s. Cool, but comfortable weather for those evening strolls and taking advantage of the great venues this beautiful city has to offer. A light raincoat is always a good idea in the Pacific Northwest this time of year. Pack accordingly! We would encourage you to refer to the ARIN website for all of the up to date activities and eateries you will find there.
